Fascial stretch

Fascial Stretch Therapy

Fascia is the connective tissue system that wraps around muscles, nerves, blood and organs. It is a structure that can adapt and is highly innervated by the nervous system.

My approach to Fascial Stretch Therapy is to:

  • retrain your fascia
  • increase joint mobility and muscle flexibility
  • increase proprioceptive connection to the muscles and firing/contracting isolated muscles.
